Mobility Rx Seminar Series
Purpose:
To give members information about specific mobility movements to improve performance and prevent injuries commonly seen with CrossFit movements.
3 workshops
1. Front Rack / Receiving Positions
2. Pressing / Overhead Positions
3. Squat / Deadlift / Pull Positions
Each Mobility Workshop will focus on the movements associated with the title positions. Each Workshop will go over 8 to 10 different mobility movements that each member can do at the gym / box. All in attendance will go through each of the movements during the workshop, We will also go through basic anatomy of the muscles associated with the movements with a 3D / interactive program (will use an Ipad and video projector that will be supplied)
Each of the workshops will be 1 to 1.5 hours (depending on how many members show up).
